A valid ASP interest subsidy loan can be transferred to a new apartment, but only after the first apartment has been sold. This means that you cannot continue to rent your first apartment if you wish to transfer the ASP loan to another apartment. The ASP interest subsidy loan must always be used to finance the apartment used by the loan recipient as a permanent dwelling.
