The State Treasury produces multiple publications for public administration on themes such as central government financial and personnel administration as well as occupational well-being and risk management.

Publications concerning financial administration include final central government accounts and the central government accounting manual, ‘Valtion kirjanpidon käsikirja’. We also publish manuals and brochures on claims for compensation, the Kaiku occupational well-being services and risk management as well as supporting personnel in the event of organisational changes.

The State Treasury supports knowledge-based management by offering centralised analysis and reporting services for public administration. The operation aims at ensuring, for example, that the information gathered from organisation-wide reporting processes is utilised comprehensively in the planning of operations and decision-making on the various levels of administration as well as in political decision-making. As part of the service, we produce the ‘Tiedolla johtaminen’ series of publications on knowledge-based management (in Finnish). You can read more about the publications by clicking the links below.
