General announcement (service by publication) is used when a decision or other notification has not been delivered to the recipient by any other means. In a general announcement, the document is kept for a specified period for the recipient to view at the State Treasury Registry. Usually, the document is available for 7 + 30 days.
The notice of making the document available will be published on this website of the State Treasury.
The notice states who the matter concerns and where and until when the document is kept available. The notice also contains information on the date when the notice was published on the website. The notification is deemed to have taken place on the seventh day from the date of publication mentioned (Administrative Act 62 §).
