Why are two different figures used for the decrease in turnover (30% and 10%)?

Cost support covers sectors in which the turnover of companies operating during the support period has been at least 10% lower than their turnover during the reference period (list of sectors >). If the company’s main line of business is not designated in the Government Decree, cost support may nevertheless be granted to the company if it can show reasons for the drop in turnover that are strongly linked with the COVID-19 pandemic. In order for a company, association or foundation to receive cost support, the prerequisites for granting the support must be met (prerequisites for support>). For example, the company’s turnover for the support period must have decreased by more than 30% compared to the reference period.
