The message services of the State Treasury namely our e-mail and Teams, were moved to a new environment on the weekend of September 15–17, 2023. The transfer may have caused problems with email messages getting through. If you have not received an answer to messages, you have sent after September 15th then your email may have ended up in our old environment. This may have caused by the e-mail software’s cache, where an old address may be stored. If the problem is not corrected by deleting the old email address and rewriting it in its entirety in the format email@example.com, please contact your organization’s IT support.
