The closure compensation reimburses wage expenses and other actual expenses related to the organisation of the event. The expenses must have been incurred between 1 October 2021 and 28 February 2022. The costs related to the organisation of the event include, for example, the rental costs of the event space, the performer and programme services, the costs of technology and construction services related to the organisation of the event, the costs of ticketing services, the costs of the event’s ancillary services, planning and consulting, digital event services and costs related to the production, coordination and planning of the event.
