I opened the classified email on my mobile device and I can’t get it open anymore. What do I do?

The classified email service stores a cookie on your browser. The cookie allows you to reopen the message on the same device and browser. Once you open the message, click Log out in the top bar. The service will then allow you to create a password. You can use the password to open the message on other devices. However, if the cookie has been removed from your browser, you will not be able to reopen the message. In this case, you can request a copy of your decision from our customer service.
