Closure compensation may be granted to a company whose premises have been used for activities not liable to the decision of the Regional State Administrative Agency. Such activities include professional sports, hobbies for children born in 2008 or younger, and activities covered by private and family life. However, the company must always be able to indicate which part of the business has been affected by the closure order.
