Suomi.fi identification is a common identification service for public administration, where you can identify yourself with bank ID, mobile certificate, or certificate card. The VIRTU-ID-system is a service provided by the State Information and Communication Technology Centre Valtori to agencies, which can be used by government officials and other persons employed to the state.
